Estimated Prom Time & Dates: March 29th – June 7th, 2008 on Saturdays after 4pm

All Packages include 6 hours with 18% gratuity and 12% Service Transportation fee unless otherwise noted. All prices are subject to change without notice. You will be provided with a faxed or e-mailed confirmation number upon making your reservation.

Deposits:

A $250 deposit is required for most vehicles; Hummers require a $500 deposit to be paid at time of reservation with a Discover, VISA, MasterCard, or American Express. Deposits can also be made in cash at our offices:

Please call for an appointment. Half of the Balance is Due 2 weeks prior to prom date, remaining half due on the morning of prom. Payments on balances will be run on credit card provided when you made your reservation unless cash payment is noted on reservation (collected by driver when the limo arrives). Only final payment due on prom date can be made in cash, all other payments are required on credit cards. Cancellations made within 14 days of prom date may be subject to full balance due should reserved limo not become re-booked for another prom party (SFL will make every effort to do so, should limo become rebooked, balance due will be waived). $250/$500 Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed to in writing by SFL. Acceptance of an emailed reservation confirmation constitutes a contract between SFL and the party named on the reservation and is binding. Driver will provide a contract for signature by credit card holder on reservation at time of pick up on prom date for liability and damage of limousine purposes during the rental period.

Travel:

Travel time will be billed at the vehicles normal hourly Saturday rate with no tip or tax required. Estimated travel times are based using MapQuest travel times. There is no charge for Travel within Charlotte, Pineville, or the Ballantyne area. Call us at 704-622-9944 with any questions.

Please Book early to insure Availability. Limos typically sell out 2 months in advance and 3 months for the Hummers. Call any time to find out about last minute cancellations.
